Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DirectRoute Voice, a prepaid international calling app operated by Fiyufa Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service description
DirectRoute Voice lets you purchase prepaid wallet credit and place international phone calls at per-minute rates displayed in the app. Rates are shown before you dial and updated live during active calls.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use DirectRoute Voice. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@directroutevoice.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Wallet credit
- Credit added to your wallet does not expire.
- Credit is non-transferable and may only be used for calls through your account.
- Credit is refundable only as required by applicable law. Where refunds are not mandated by law, purchases are final.
- If a call fails to connect or drops due to a network issue on our side, we may credit your account for the affected charge. Contact support if you believe a charge was applied in error.
Pricing and billing
- Per-minute rates are displayed in the app before each call.
- Calls are billed per started minute — a partial minute counts as a full minute.
- Rates may change from time to time. We will provide notice of material rate changes through the app or by email.
- The in-app price shown at the time you dial governs the charge for that call.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use DirectRoute Voice for:
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward any person.
- Any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable telecommunications laws.
- Resale of calling minutes or unauthorized commercial redistribution of the service.
- Auto-dialing, robocalling, or bulk unsolicited calling.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Emergency services — not supported
DirectRoute Voice does NOT support emergency calls. You cannot use this app to reach emergency services, including 911, 112, or any other emergency number. Do not rely on DirectRoute Voice to contact police, fire, ambulance, or any emergency responder. Always use a traditional phone line or mobile carrier service for emergencies.
Service availability and quality
DirectRoute Voice is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Call quality depends on carrier networks at the destination and may vary by country, network conditions, and the receiving device. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party carriers or infrastructure outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of DirectRoute Voice is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the service. Upon termination, unused credit may be handled as required by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
