Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect when you use DirectRoute Voice, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language because you deserve to understand your data.
Who we are
DirectRoute Voice is operated by Fiyufa Labs. When we say "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we mean Fiyufa Labs.
Data we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account email — to create and manage your account and communicate with you about the service.
- Dialed phone numbers — to route your calls to the destination you choose.
- Call metadata — including call duration, cost, and status (connected, failed, completed) for billing and your call history.
- Wallet transaction history — records of credit purchases and call charges so you can review your balance and spending.
- Device information — such as device type and operating system version, used to keep the app functioning correctly and troubleshoot issues.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. Stripe handles payment data according to its own privacy policy and industry security standards.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate DirectRoute Voice. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide the service:
- Supabase — database and hosting infrastructure.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Twilio — call routing and telephony.
These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
- We do not share your personal data with third parties beyond the service providers listed above, except where required by law.
How long we keep data
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we must retain certain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@directroutevoice.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email support@directroutevoice.com.
Children
DirectRoute Voice is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls that limit who within our organization can view personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
